Stir-fry with Arctic Char

Method

  • Cut the Arctic Char into strips about 2 cm long.
  • Slice sugar snap peas, red onion, and carrot into thin strips.
  • Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet for a couple of minutes and set aside.
  • Quickly fry the Arctic Char in oil over high heat, a maximum of 2 minutes. Set the fish aside and keep warm.
  • Cook the vegetables and bean sprouts quickly in a frying pan with constant stirring, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the toasted sesame seeds and season with pepper and soy sauce.
  • Add the Arctic Char to the stir-fry and gently mix.
  • Serve the stir-fry with cooked rice.
