  • Fold a sheet of aluminum foil in half and brush it with rapeseed oil.
  • Place the cod on the foil.
  • Grill it for about 2 minutes, turn it over, and grill for another 2 minutes on the other side.

  • Wash the romaine lettuce and let all excess water drain off.
  • Slice the lettuce into strips, and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
