Ceviche with cod and salmon
Cod and salmon ceviche is an easy, delicious, and quick dinner!

Cut cod into pieces and check for bones.
Place flour in a bowl, beat eggs in another bowl, and put rolled oats in a third bowl.
First coat the fish pieces in flour, then in eggs, and finally roll them in rolled oats.
Fry the fish sticks over medium heat until golden and crispy on all sides, about 2 minutes.
Cook peas until tender in unsalted water for about 4 minutes.
Drain the cooking water into a bowl.
Add coconut milk, water, egg yolk, and mint.
Blend in some of the cooking water and mash with an immersion blender to the desired consistency.
Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and boil in unsalted water for about 5 minutes.
Let the potato wedges drain and fry them golden in butter in a hot skillet.
Serve fish sticks with pea purée and sweet potato for children from 12 months and older.
Tip:If you wish to make this dish for a smaller baby, you can mash all the ingredients in a food processor. You can also replace the sweet potato with regular potato.
