Colorful Herring in Shape

700 g hake fillet, skinless and boneless
1 pcs green bell pepper
1 pcs bell pepper, yellow
1 pcs bell pepper, red
2 tsp salt
0.25 tsp pepper
0.25 tsp paprika powder
2 dl fish stock

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Slice the herring into pieces.
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove seeds and membranes, and cut into strips.
Place the herring and bell pepper in a greased, ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika powder over the herring.
Pour in fish stock and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven until the herring is done, about 20 minutes.
Serve the herring with boiled potatoes.

Tip:Fish stock can be replaced with fish broth.
